💨💨💨 The Green Eco Furnace is the cleanest biochar/charcoal furnace in the world. Our technology ensures zero emissions and a high yield, resulting in the production of an extremely high-quality product. This represents significant added value for drastically reducing air pollution and thus achieving cleaner air. 💨💨💨
From start to finish: the Green Eco Furnace workflow.
The process starts with the raw material, which must consist of fiber-related products such as wood, coconuts, grass, or bamboo. This raw material is placed in a vessel. After a carbonization period of 7 to 9 hours, at temperatures between 340 and 720 °C, the raw material is converted into carbon/charcoal. Thanks to the high yield of 32/34%, the annual production (output) can reach up to 470/530 tonnes. All of this is controlled by a single controller and is easy to operate. The Green Eco Furnace can, in principle, produce biochar/charcoal without external fuel, which contributes to an efficient and sustainable process.
